Firm Associate Hannah Stone has been appointed Acting Justice of the Peace for Missoula County. She was sworn in to this position by Judge Dusty Deschamps in March of 2015. In this role, Hannah serves her community by presiding over various civil and criminal proceedings in Missoula County Justice Court as a substitute for Justice of the Peace Marie Anderson. Her time on the bench as an Acting Justice of the Peace offers her a unique insight into judicial process and trial practice that many attorneys are not privy to, and will allow her to better serve her clients with their own legal issues that end up in court.
