Tim E. Dailey

One of the greatest challenges of practicing law is that every legal issue presents a completely unique set of facts and circumstances. It is also one of the things Tim Dailey likes most about his profession. With every new case comes the ability to learn, but more importantly, the ability to get to know a variety of clients. For Tim, the attorney-client relationship is more than just a business association. Cases come and go, but relationships last much longer. Since joining the practicing profession in 2011, he has developed many friendships and many of them are also clients. “I look forward to the new faces and challenges ahead as well as continuing the relationships I have already made,” he said.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

If Tim talks funny, it is because he grew up in the South. However, he’s lived in Montana since 2002 — and Montana is where he plans to stay. If not working and the weather is nice, he most likely can be found on the golf course. Otherwise, he’s somewhere outdoors trying to enjoy the vast recreation the state has to offer.

  • Collins Auto v. Recycling, Inc. v. Engquist,
(2013). Represented a local business defrauded by a con artist for a significant sum of money. Yearslong litigation ultimately achieved judgment for my client and actual recovery in excess of the original loss.
