Perry Schneider

Perry Schneider is a litigation attorney with 20 years of experience representing clients throughout the state of Montana and surrounding areas. He strives to provide unparalleled personal service and to apply his expertise and experience to solve problems with innovative thinking. Perry firmly believes a lawyer must always strive to be the best advocate for the client without regard to personal gain. Excellent advocacy requires not only aggressive preparation and knowledge of the law, but also assessing and understanding the client’s individual needs. Only by addressing the client’s needs can the tools afforded by our judicial system be used in an efficient manner to navigate the legal process and obtain a successful resolution.

Perry is a native Montanan whose family history predates Montana statehood. Perry and his wife, Kathy, have three daughters; Mikayla, a college soccer player; high schooler Darien; and Amalee, who is in elementary school.
