Gerry Steinbrenner’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, taxation, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, estate planning, probate matters, banking, real estate, commercial and business transactions. He has negotiated numerous transactions involving the sale and purchase of going-concern businesses, hotels, casinos, ranches, farms, commercial buildings and related items.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Gerry is a fourth-generation Missoulian and has been licensed to practice law in Montana since 1984. Gerry has two adult daughters, Katie and Sydney. Gerry enjoys travel, skiing, fly-fishing and hunting.
