Alyssa’s practice encompasses a broad array of legal issues, but her focus is always on her clients and their needs. She has a unique understanding of how frustrating it can be to navigate the legal world, as her passion for the law was ignited when she successfully represented herself as a college student with no legal background to win her first case. That experience inspired Alyssa to pursue a career as a litigation attorney and she has been focused on litigation ever since. Alyssa joined MDS as an intern, went on to become an associate attorney, and then became a shareholder in 2024. By ensuring that she builds a strong relationship with her clients and quickly develops a thorough understanding of what they aim to accomplish, Alyssa is equipped to successfully navigate her client’s cases towards a favorable resolution.
PERSONAL BACKGROUND
Alyssa was born and raised in Montana. Her family has been in Montana for several generations, and she couldn’t imagine ever leaving this incredible state. Alyssa grew up in Lincoln and was raised to love and respect everything the Montana wilderness has to offer. She, her partner, and two young daughters spend their free time engaging in whatever outdoor recreational activities the Montana seasons permit or visiting their many extended family members throughout the state.
