Alyssa’s practice encompasses a broad array of legal issues, but her focus is always on her clients and their needs. She has a unique understanding of how frustrating it can be to navigate the legal world, as her passion for the law was ignited when she successfully represented herself as a college student with no legal background to win her first case. Since then, Alyssa has devoted her time and energy into building her legal knowledge, enabling her to provide the best possible service to her clients. By ensuring that she builds a strong relationship with her clients and quickly develops a thorough understanding of what they aim to accomplish, Alyssa is equipped to successfully navigate her client’s cases towards a favorable resolution.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Alyssa was born and raised in Montana. Her family has been in Montana for several generations, and she couldn’t imagine ever leaving this incredible state. Alyssa grew up in Lincoln and was raised to love and respect everything the Montana wilderness has to offer. She and her two young daughters and two dogs spend their free time engaging in whatever outdoor recreational activities the Montana seasons permit or visiting their many extended family members throughout the state.

Professional Background

  • During law school, Alyssa consciously endeavored to explore a broad variety of legal areas to ensure she developed a comprehensive understanding of the legal world. However, she focused particularly on developing a deep understanding of government processes and the rules that control government action. In addition to focusing her legal studies on administrative law, Alyssa also obtained a Masters in Public Administration. She put the knowledge she gained in this arena to practice as a clinical attorney at Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks where she assisted the agency in matters involving both litigation and policy development. Alyssa also became well acquainted with civil litigation as she interned at Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. during her final two years of law school.
