Injury and Trucking Liability Defense - Mr. Schneider
represents individuals and corporations insured by national
and regional insurance carriers, both in state and federal
court, in matters involving personal injury, premises
liability, products liability, and trucking liability.
Mr. Schneider has
also defended insurance carriers from first and third party
claims arising under the Montana Unfair Trade Practices Act
and common law theories of bad faith. Mr. Schneider has
negotiated settlements and received favorable verdicts on
behalf of his client and strives to provide the maximum
benefit at a reasonable cost.

Litigation - Mr. Schneider represents corporations and
individual shareholders, both in state and federal court, in
matters involving contract disputes, shareholder disputes,
labor disputes, patent and trademark infringements, and
claims of fiduciary liability. Mr. Schneider has also
represented corporations in workers= compensation matters.

Transactions - Mr. Schneider represents new businesses
forming partnerships or incorporating in the State of
Montana, and existing business with succession planning,
contracts, employee policy and procedures, and regulatory
compliance.

Benefits - Mr. Schneider represents individuals,
corporations and employee benefit plans in matters arising
under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974,
as amended (ERISA). Mr. Schneider has successfully
represented both individuals and employee benefit plans in
matters involving benefit claims and claims of fiduciary
breach.
Mr. Schneider also
provides legal advice regarding the creation and ongoing
administration of employee benefit plans, including compliance
with the federal statutory and regulatory provision under
ERISA.

Mr. Schneider was
raised in Helena, Montana. Upon completing his
undergraduate studies, Mr. Schneider worked as a consumer loan
officer in Seattle, Washington. He returned to Montana for post
graduate work.
Mr. Schneider began
his career as a lawyer in Stamford, Connecticut, serving as
general counsel for The Evergreen Group, a financial consulting
firm specializing in employee benefit funding programs. He
continued his work in this area with The Hartford, a member of
the Fortune 100, before moving to private practice with the
Groom Law Group, the nations largest employee benefits specialty
law firm, located in Washington, D.C. Mr. Schneider returned to
Missoula, Montana as a practicing attorney with Milodragovich,
Dale, Steinbrenner & Nygren P.C.
