MDS welcomes Hannah Stone and Tim Dailey as our newest shareholders.  Both Hannah and Tim interned at MDS while attending law school at the University of Montana.  After graduating, both have been outstanding associates at the firm, and have tried multiple cases to verdict.  Hannah and Tim have each developed well-rounded areas of expertise.  Hannah’s practice areas include representing individuals, small business owners and corporations in cases involving liquor liability, employment, insurance coverage and defense, medical negligence, workers’ compensation, personal injury and wrongful death.  Tim’ practice areas include personal injury, insurance law, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law, and creditors’ rights.

Hannah and Tim are active in the local community.  Tim has successfully coached the University of Montana School of Law Trial Team for the past two years.  Hannah is the 2016-2017 president of the Western Montana Bar Association, and is an active board member for Children’s Museum Missoula.

Congratulations to Hannah and Tim!  They are both excellent attorneys and will continue to be valued assets for our firm and the local community.
