Mr. Dale's emphasis
is in civil litigation including vehicular litigation, insurance
coverage, insurance bad faith, product liability, real estate litigation,
workers' compensation and Indian law.
Mr. Dale's practice
includes the representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in
a variety of litigation settings. Representing plaintiffs,
businesses, insurance companies, and defendants in numerous
litigation cases in Montana state courts, Montana Supreme Court,
U.S. District Courts in Montana, the 9th Circuit Court of
Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court provides a wide scope of
experience beneficial to any entity involved in civil
litigation.

Personal
Mr. Dale was born in
Great Falls, Montana. Both of his maternal and paternal
grandparents were homesteaders in North Central Montana, and his
family still owns farm property in Teton County near Choteau.
During law school
Mr. Dale was employed as a U.S. Forest Service smokejumper
during the summers, and also served as a corporate director for
the National Smokejumper Association.
His wife, Pam Dale, recently
retired from a thirty year career as a high school
teacher. They have two sons, Kyle and Blane. Kyle is
a board certified radiologist who is currently in a fellowship
at the Medical Center of South Carolina in Charleston.
Blane is a civil engineer employed with an environmental firm.
Mr. Dale's
recreational pursuits include big game hunting, upland bird
hunting, water fowl hunting, bird dog training, and
fishing. He holds life memberships in the Rocky Mountain
Elk Foundation, and Trout Unlimited, and is a regular member of
the Wild Turkey Federation, Foundation for North American Wild
Sheep, Pheasants Forever, Montana Wildlife Federation, and Ducks
Unlimited.
