P. Brad Condra

Brad Condra is a shareholder at Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. Brad’s practice includes a wide variety of complex civil litigation work. His wide range of civil defense litigation experience includes trucking and transportation, products liability, commercial and residential construction defect, professional liability, employment and general liability claims. Brad also has in-depth experience and expertise in handling lawsuits and disputes regarding insurance coverage.

Brad has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, representing corporations and individuals. He practices in both state and federal district courts and has argued appeals before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Montana Supreme Court.

Brad has earned an AV rating from his peers, the highest-level rating awarded to lawyers by Martindale-Hubbell.

Prior to joining Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner litigation practice, and while in law school, Brad interned with the Missoula County Attorney’s Office where he tried numerous criminal cases to verdict. Prior to entering the practice of law, Brad was a raft guide and climbing instructor; and a volunteer firefighter / EMT for over 10 years. Brad is a licensed pilot and possesses a current Commercial Drivers License.

PERSONAL BACKGROUND

When Brad is not working he can be found downhill skiing, whitewater kayaking, rafting, flying, learning to surf or in his workshop building an airplane.
