Dylan McFarland is a shareholder at Milodragovich, Dale & Steinbrenner, P.C. Dylan’s practice comprises a wide variety of complex civil litigation work. His range of civil litigation experience includes medical and professional malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, construction litigation and property disputes. Dylan also has in-depth experience and expertise in handling lawsuits and disputes regarding insurance coverage.
Dylan has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and has experience in every aspect of trial. Dylan has made trial work a priority in his practice and is comfortable in both trial settings and arguing motions before state and federal district courts.
Prior to pursuing a career in the law, Dylan played collegiate football for the University of Montana where he was a member of the 2001 National Championship Team, a team captain, All-American and voted the team’s Most Valuable Player. He also played professionally after being drafted by the Buffalo Bills. Dylan continues to implement the same work ethic, preparation and competitiveness that brought him success as an athlete to the representation of his clients.
When Dylan is not working hard to represent his clients, he spends his time chasing fish around Montana’s rivers, lakes and streams, hiking, camping and wrangling his twins. You may also catch him on a golf course hitting the ball anywhere but straight, or out watching the Montana Grizzlies and high school athletes compete.
